you can never have enough basics... i purchased the grey to wear with my new floral motel jeans- and it was such a great fit i thought i might as well purchased a second in the olive colour... both look great teamed with my denim shirt as well... x

i have to say, I've never worn something with such a bold print but with floral so on trend this season i just had to buy these motel jeans. At first i was a little intimidated by the bright print, but teamed with an oversized knit jumper and sandals (yes i am still wearing sandals in this freezing cold weather) i felt really comfortable... x

i love the sequin detail on the shoulders of this long sleeved sass and bide top... it makes it that little bit more special. this piece will certainly fall into my winter staples over the next few months... x

after finding these photos I've decided navy and burgundy will be best paired with my style stalker leather shorts, which is perfect because I've purchased so many new tops, and jumpers in these colours this season. x

one thing I've noticed missing in my closet is silk shirts and blouses so this weekend i decided that i should be looking out for pieces that would fill this void. i noticed this beautiful top on one of the sales assistants in the alice mccall boutique a few weeks back and decided to go and try it on. its gorgeous and was absolutely perfect for what i was looking for. i bought it, and also a plain black silk blouse from thurley which is special because it has a cute bow detail on the back of the collar (will need to find a picture of it later on)... two new perfect work and going out pieces. x

spotted on the blog they all hate us, and worn by elle, i instantly fell in love with these pants- she looks amazing in them. I'm currently trying to work out if i could pull them off. hopefully ill make it to store to try them this weekend... x
